When sign ups start for Alliance brawl, youll be able to register your strongest march. Buffs work and will strengthen your march. Use your strongest march, with strongest heros.

There will be arrests, but against other alliances. 

Only pick people you know you can defeat. Also you only get 2 attempts, only 1 per opponent. So if an alliance member already hit someone finish it off before you start another opponent for max points. Any questions please ask
